fly.me terms of service
fly.me is operated by D3 Global Inc. (“we”, “us”). By texting fly.me, connecting your calendar, or booking through fly.me, you agree to these terms.
Test mode. No real tickets are issued and no real cards are charged.
What fly.me does
fly.me watches the calendar you connect for meetings that need a flight, finds flights inside the rules you set, and books one only after you approve it with your passkey. You can reach it by text, from an AI app, or by inviting fly@fly.me to a meeting.
Text messages (SMS)
When you text FLY to (888) 504-3914, you agree to receive automated texts from fly.me, operated by D3 Global Inc., about connecting your calendar, flight offers, approvals and bookings.
- Message frequency varies with your trips.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Text STOP to cancel at any time. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out, and no more after that. Text START to opt back in.
- Text HELP for help, or email fly@fly.me.
- Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle your number and messages is in our privacy policy. How opt-in works, step by step, is on fly.me/sms.
One price
The price fly.me shows before you pay is your total, taxes and fees included. It is the airline fare plus a fixed $62 fly.me service amount. Nothing is added at checkout.
The D3 DNA network fee
1.5% of your total is the D3 DNA network fee. It is part of the $62 above, not added to it, and it is itemized on your receipt. It is shared:
- 0.5% to the domain's registrar
- 0.5% to the agent app that asked for you (your AI app, or fly.me for text and email)
- 0.5% to the D3 platform
Your approval
Every booking needs your passkey. Your passkey signs a mandate for one booking at one amount. fly.me never books over the limit you set, and never over $1,500.
Payment
Card payments are taken by fly.me as merchant. Your card is authorized when you pay and charged only once the airline issues your ticket. The airline is paid at once; fees settle monthly.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one in effect.
