fly.me privacy policy

fly.me is operated by D3 Global Inc. (“we”, “us”). This policy covers what fly.me collects, why, and who it goes to.

Your phone number and texts

We never sell your phone number or SMS opt-in data, and we never share them with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number, your consent to receive texts, and the messages you exchange with fly.me are used only to run fly.me for you. The only outside company that handles them is our SMS carrier, Twilio, and only to deliver the messages.

What we collect

• Your mobile number, when you text fly.me, and a record of your opt-in and any STOP or START.
• The texts and emails you exchange with fly.me.
• Your Google Calendar events, read-only, once you connect it, so fly.me can see which meetings need a flight. fly.me only writes to a calendar it creates for your trips.
• Your travel rules, trips, approvals and bookings.
• Your passkey's public key. The private key never leaves your device.
• Travel documents you choose to add (passport, known traveler number), stored encrypted and never written to logs.
• Request details such as IP address and browser headers, which our security layer (D3 DNA) uses to tell people, verified AI agents and look-alike sites apart.

We do not store your full card number; payments are handled by our payment processor.

How we use it

To find and book the flights your calendar needs, ask for your approval, send you offers and confirmations, keep a log of what fly.me did for you, and keep fly.me secure. We do not use your data for advertising.

Who it goes to

Only the service providers needed to do the above, and only for that:

• Twilio, to send and receive texts
• Google, for the calendar you connect
• Airlines and our flight booking provider, to book your ticket
• Our payment processor, to take payment
• Cloudflare, which hosts fly.me and delivers its email
• D3, for the DNA trust and security checks

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Your choices

• Text STOP to stop texts at any time. Text START to resume.
• Disconnect Google Calendar from your Google account settings at any time.
• Email fly@fly.me to see or delete what we hold about you.

Changes

We may update this policy. The version on this page is the one in effect.
